Overview
Melaimetrics is a healthcare platform created to simplify the way people manage their medical information. Instead of switching between hospitals, pharmacies, appointment systems, and health tracking applications, users can access everything from one centralized experience. The platform combines healthcare management into a simple, intuitive interface that improves accessibility, reduces complexity, and supports better everyday healthcare decisions.

Problem
Users often rely on separate platforms for booking appointments, accessing medical records, managing prescriptions, tracking health data, and purchasing healthcare products. This fragmented experience creates unnecessary complexity, increases cognitive effort, and makes important healthcare information harder to find when it matters most.
Goal
The goal was to create a unified healthcare application that allows users to manage appointments, prescriptions, medical records, health tracking, and healthcare services from one place. The experience focuses on reducing friction, improving accessibility, and helping users complete everyday healthcare tasks with confidence.

Research & Insights
Research into healthcare workflows and existing digital products revealed recurring usability issues across medical record management, appointment scheduling, prescription organization, and health monitoring. These findings guided the product strategy toward creating a more accessible and user-centered healthcare experience.

Design Process
Information Architecture
The information architecture was designed around the most common healthcare activities, allowing users to quickly access appointments, prescriptions, medical records, health tracking, and healthcare services without unnecessary navigation.
User Flow
User flows focused on reducing friction by guiding users through essential healthcare tasks in the fewest possible steps while maintaining clarity throughout the experience.

Wireframes
Low-fidelity wireframes were used to explore navigation patterns, content hierarchy, and task flows before moving into high-fidelity interface design.
Visual Design
The interface emphasizes readability, clean layouts, accessible typography, and clear visual hierarchy to reduce cognitive load while improving confidence throughout the healthcare journey.
Design System
A consistent design system was developed using reusable UI components, typography, spacing, color styles, and interaction patterns that support accessibility while maintaining visual consistency across the application.

Reflection
Working on Melaimetrics strengthened my ability to simplify complex healthcare workflows through thoughtful information architecture, intuitive interaction design, and scalable design systems. The project reinforced that successful healthcare products must prioritize usability, accessibility, trust, and clarity to help users confidently manage important aspects of their everyday health.
