Challenge
Daily commuting is expensive, inefficient, and environmentally costly.
Many people struggle to find transportation that is affordable, reliable, and easy to trust.
Urban commuters often deal with rising travel costs, traffic congestion, and fragmented transportation options. Existing ride sharing experiences can feel inconsistent due to unclear driver information, complicated booking flows, and limited incentives for choosing shared transportation.

Designing Junno Express reinforced the importance of balancing usability, trust, and sustainability in transportation products.
This project strengthened my understanding of designing complex mobility experiences through clear information architecture, intuitive booking flows, and scalable design systems. It also demonstrated how thoughtful product design can influence user behavior by making sustainable transportation both practical and rewarding.
